Seoul National University Hospital (Hospital Director Kim Young-tae) has continued its tradition of sharing with vulnerable populations this year. The hospital has been maintaining its warm relationship with the community by continuing its social contribution activities for 12 years since 2014.
Seoul National University Hospital announced that it donated a total of 480 first aid kits to the 'Jongno Senior Welfare Center' in Ihwa-dong, Jongno-gu, and the 'Wongaksa Elderly Free Meal Center' in Nakwon-dong on the 19th. In particular, staff members directly participated in meal box packing volunteer work at the Jongno Senior Welfare Center to share their warm hearts.
Park Do-jung, Head of External Cooperation, said, "As the heat wave continues, it is becoming increasingly important to protect the safe daily lives of vulnerable people in the community. Seoul National University Hospital will fulfill its responsibilities as a public medical institution and will continue to be with our neighbors in the future."
Meanwhile, Seoul National University Hospital has been steadily continuing various welfare projects for vulnerable groups in the community, such as winter clothing support, cafeteria environment improvement, and kimchi making support, since starting its first sharing activity in 2014.
